Brussels, Outside the Hotel After The Rain

In Kuwait again at the hotel painting ...  tonight a quick study for a larger painting of a scene I photographed outside of our layover hotel in Brussels after the rain.

    This is very moody and Brusselsy. Although I've never been there. I like it a lot.
